It is a Friday night and everyone wants to go to the local hangout spot for a few drinks and as the night progresses people start getting loud and rowdy. They drink a few more and then…. Do they drive home? Take a taxi? Walk?
I just wanted to point out to some of the students who like to go out for a few drinks on the weekend that you must be responsible when doing so. I know everyone likes to have a good time and relax from the stressful week. Although I do not personally consume alcohol, I understand that others do. It is really scary to think about the reality of drinking and driving. 31% of all fatal accidents in 2007 were due to intoxicated drivers. Think about it before getting behind the wheel so you are not another statistic
